February 4-10, 2008.

Monday: Fifteen-bean soup w/Ham and Homemade bread rolls

Tuesday: Mexican Chicken w/ brown rice

Wednesday: Moose Stew

Thursday: Turkey and fixings

Friday: frozen pizzas

Saturday: Mexican turkey wraps

Sunday: potluck (bring sticky buns)

It’s great to be back in the swing of things.  I still think menu planning makes almost anyone FEEL organized, at least a little bit.  I am really looking forward to Laura’s organizing roundup.  Check it out at organizing junkie.

Have a great week.
