I have a question for you guys!!

1. Do you exercise?

2. If you said, “yes”–what do you do and how often?

3. If you said, “no” what are a few of your hindrances to exercising?  

4. Also, do you have any “mental hangups” that keep you from exercising?  (example: It’s not a priority. or I’m too busy homeschooling)  

Your answers are important to me because I am considering do some writing on helping people overcome mental obstacles for exercising–specifically mothers with many children.  I feel the Lord has given me a burden for this, so your answers would mean a lot to me.
